Rarely have we given one of our Rescue Dogs two names, but in this
instance, we thought it fitting.
Scottie Norman has had a wonderful life. He was born on October 23, 1998
and found a loving home to call his own, with other dogs to play with.
But all of this suddenly changed when his owner unexpectedly passed away
and other family members weren't interested in keeping any of the pets.
Scottie Norman's human Dad hadn't made any arrangements for the
placement of his pets, so we were asked to find a new home for Scottie.
Scared and shaking, Scottie Norman came to his foster home, where after
just a few days, he began to leave the past behind and look to the
future.
Now he happily jaunts in the yard and when it's time to come back
inside, he easily uses the doggie door!
Scottie Norman is a genteel Scottie, very friendly, and loves to cuddle.
His coat is Black & Grey Brindle. He is up to date on all vaccinations
and has been neutered & microchipped.
Scottie Kingdom Rescue is a 501(c)3 Non Profit Organization. We prefer
to adopt to families with past Scottie – Westie and/or Terrier
experience, but realize this isn’t always possible. You must have a
secure & fenced yard.
We do not ship our pets. If you have that special place in your heart &
in your home for a Scottie (or any of our other available Rescue Dogs),
please be prepared to visit us in Dallas for an in person meet & greet
session with our Available Dogs. If you have existing pets, they must
travel to Dallas with you, so we can be assured that they will be
compatible with the new addition to your family.
